Our spa has a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, relaxation room and swimming pool along with 7 treatment rooms (including a dual room). We offer a variety of spa days, treatments and overnight spa packages meaning there are a lot of guests through the doors every day.<\/p>\n<p><b>RIGHT TO WORK &#8211; PLEASE NOTE: <em>Please only apply if you are UK-based and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. (no visas available)<\/em><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of beauty experience<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in working in a spa or Hotel spa environment<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, be ELEMIS trained, but this is not essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To support driving the spa revenue and profit targets<\/li>\n<li>To deliver the key performance metrics (therapist utilization, room occupancy, retail % of sales, labour %, income per hour)<\/li>\n<li>To assist with the accuracy of all spa performance<\/li>\n<li>Support all costs within the business to maximize profit and sales conversion<\/li>\n<li>Maximise spa revenue and profit by delivering quality products and service<\/li>\n<li>Control of stock security and minimize loss via stock management systems, stock requisition procedures and stock count<\/li>\n<li>All Orsett Hall policies on cash, key and all controls are adhered to and followed consistently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies and professional operations are in place within the spa<\/li>\n<li>Effectively supervise the therapist, reception teams and the treatment range offered by the spa<\/li>\n<li>Maintain data integrity of Trybe system, point of sale and spa scheduling systems<\/li>\n<li>Log and track all guest comments, providing timely responses to all comments<\/li>\n<li>Conduct all Orsett Hall Spa audits and check lists<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and provide performance information<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Treatments to Orsett Spa standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales &amp; Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support with creating and the delivery of an effective sales and marketing calendar for the year, broken down into key promotional activities by month<\/li>\n<li>Utilise targets and commission structures to increase sales and profit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all Therapists are trained effectively to meet the required standards of the H&amp;B industry, inclusive of hotel training requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop both formal and informal communication channels between the spa team, hotel reception, and food and beverage outlets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure performance targets and incentive structures are in place<\/li>\n<li>Ensure succession planning is active within the department and provide on-going development programmes for Therapists<\/li>\n<li>Assist in effective induction, review and development plans with the therapist and reception teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Health and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively support the Health and Safety Policy of the Hotel in conjunction with the Health &amp; Safety at Work Act 1974 Ensure compliance to (COSHH) Regulations 1988 and maintain your department COSHH Register.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the Fire Safety Policy of the hotel<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safe working practices are adhered to and Risk Assessments completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reactive response to changing customer demands, providing suggestions for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in line with the needs of the business<\/li>\n<li>Pool plant trained<\/li>\n<li>Performs other related tasks as assigned by management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The package on Offer:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Salary: \u00a324,000.00 &#8211;
