The award-winning Eastbury Hotel & Spa are now looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to join their team who is passionate about delivering exceptional spa treatments in a luxurious and relaxing environment.

The Eastbury Hotel & Spa is a luxury 26 bedroom Georgian Townhouse hotel with a bijou garden, Eastbury Spa and a picturesque walled garden. Located in historic Sherborne surrounded by the glorious Dorset countryside.

Spa Therapist Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) – Start Date: It is preferable for the start date to be as early in April as possible, if not earlier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of holistic and spa treatments to a high standard.
  • Offer professional advice to clients to maintain longevity of treatments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment throughout the spa.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure clients have a positive experience.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a spa or beauty environment
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Passionate about wellness and beauty treatments
  • Ability to help in other departments in-line with the demands of the business

Desirable:

  • Additional qualifications in massage or other holistic therapies
  • Experience with luxury spa products or services

We Offer:

  • Salary between £25,400 – £27,040
  • 15% Commission on all Spa Retail products sold

  • A full-time salary of 40 hours. This role will include most weekends, bank holidays and public holidays
