Spa Attendant – Guardian of Spa Ambience

Meraki Wellness, a world-class spa and wellness destination in Grand Cayman, is seeking exceptional Spa Attendant to join its team.  This highly visible, guest-facing role is ideal for a hospitality professional with experience in luxury spas or hotels who excels at delivering discreet, attentive, and refined service.

As the Guardian of Spa Ambience, you will be the first and last impression for every guest, guiding them seamlessly through their spa journey and ensuring every detail is polished to five-star standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to the changing rooms, then guide them to the Wellness Lounge to meet their therapist.
  • Provide calm, clear, and professional communication while being knowledgeable about spa services and amenities.
  • Maintain a serene, polished atmosphere in lounges, locker rooms, and hydrotherapy areas.
  • Offer amenities and refreshments at the right moment, attentive but never intrusive.
  • Ensure discretion and guest privacy at all times, especially in Male and Female locker room settings.
  • Support spa rituals, events, and therapists in preparing treatment spaces to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort (Forbes 5-Star or equivalent).
  • Impeccable personal presentation, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Naturally attentive, calm, and professional service style.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • We welcome both female and male Spa Butlers to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

At Meraki Wellness, we believe in rewarding excellence with a package that reflects both professional expertise and personal wellbeing.

  • Base Salary: USD $24,000 per annum
  • Gratuities on Treatments: A Collective 5% service charge is shared across the Back-of-House (BOH) team
  • Estimated On-Target Earnings: USD $40,000–$47,000 per annum
  • Tax-Free Jurisdiction: The Cayman Islands are tax-neutral, allowing you to maximise your earnings
  • Accommodation Assistance: Provided for the first 2 months upon relocation
  • Relocation Support: Comprehensive assistance to ensure a smooth transition to island life
