Whether you are a highly experienced Skin Therapist or a Beauty Therapist who is passionate about skin and wants to grow with us – we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3 years experience in a Spa or Clinic environment
  • Specialised in Skincare is a MUST
  • Strong Retail and Upselling skills
  • Exceptional Customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Managerial or Supervisor skills would be an advantage
  • Russian speaking would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience working in a luxury environment with VIP clients

Overview of Skills 

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages return customer visits
  • A passion for skincare
  • The ability to hit retail and treatment targets
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability well within a collaborative team

What we offer

  • TAX-FREE salary – Up to AED120,000 per annum (all inclusive), depending on experience
  • Commission structure on all services and products sold after the probationary period
