Privé Aesthetics has an incredible career opportunity available for a Senior Skin Specialist to join the team at our stunning aesthetics clinic in Doha, Qatar.  Our luxurious brand specialises in aesthetics treatments and our team of specialists are discrete, knowledgeable, and totally focused on helping our clients feel at their very best.

Our founders have worked on perfecting the concept by working in four different countries achieving the most suitable concept for our target market.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Level 3 Beauty qualification or Level 4 or CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in a Spa or Clinic environment
  • Specialised in Skincare is a MUST
  • Experience in Lash and Brow Treatments is a MUST
  • Strong Retail and Upselling skills
  • Exceptional Customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a luxury environment with VIP clients

Overview of Skills 

  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages return customer visits
  • A passion for the beauty industry with experience in advanced skin treatments, lashes and brows
  • A sense of pride for treatments provided and the ability to hit retail and treatment targets
  • Be able to work under pressure and have good time management skills
  • The ability to deal tactfully with client concerns maintaining a professional attitude at all times
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team

What we offer

  • TAX-FREE Basic salary – Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Commission structure on all products sold, if targets are met and you go above and beyond we do offer incentives and this can be anything from a night away in a hotel, a spa day, a gift voucher or retail products
  • Accommodation – will be on a shared basis with your colleagues. All bills will be covered at this time
  • Transport to and from the workplace to the residence
  • We reward our team and we make sure that their hard work is noticed
  • Word class training with Internationally recognised skincare brands
  • Opportunities for career progression, we have big plans for 2023 we would love you to be a part of this
  • Medical Insurance
  • 9 hours working including an hour lunch
  • 6 days working and 1 day off per week
  • Scheduled shifts
  • All visa, flights and relocation fees are covered by us and you will be fully supported with your Visa process
  • Annual Flight ticket once completing a year with the company
