Spa Elite is an innovative, reputable, and multi-award-winning recruitment agency specialising in providing temporary therapists to the UK spa and leisure sector.  We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Recruiter & Spa Booking Coordinator.  In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and efficiently coordinating shift bookings to ensure seamless staffing solutions for our valued clients.

Hours: Full Time 40 Hour Contract OR Part Time – 4 Days a week available. Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.00 PM

Initial company training: PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND TWO WEEKS ON-SITE TRAINING WITHIN THE BROMSGROVE, WORCESTERSHIRE AREA. If you do not live locally, hotel accommodation will be provided within the week so you can travel back home at the weekend.  Ongoing support and training will continue once you are home working.

This is a key role in our Spa Elite Temporary Agency Worker Division with the key activities based around interviewing, onboarding, and managing our temporary spa and beauty therapists whilst supporting our vast array of clients across the UK.  Spa Elite has revolutionised the industry and how our client’s book agency therapists and is the only agency in the UK to exclusively provide our clients with their own temp booking portal, allowing them to manage their own bookings 24/7 day and night, and send shift dates out to our therapists in real-time to our Spa Elite App.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive and engaging interviews with candidates applying for temporary therapist positions within the spa and leisure sector
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and personal attributes to assess their suitability for various client assignments
  • Onboarding therapists onto our Exclusive Temp Booking App
  • Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and clients, providing regular updates on shift assignments and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their strengths, preferences and availability
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring all necessary information is correctly recorded in our internal database
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their staffing needs, shift requirements and preferences
  • Match suitable candidates to available shifts based on their skills, qualifications, and client specifications
  • Managing all necessary documentation and communication promptly and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, maintaining a professional and positive approach in all interactions
  • Posting temp job alerts via LinkedIn and managing replies from our social channels
