We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Nail Artist to expand upon the nail services currently offered here at The Retreat. The successful candidate will possess great energy, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow within this role and will be proficient in all aspects of nail care.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Nail Services / Nail Technician or similar
- Previous proven work experience as a Nail Artist, Technician, Manicurist or similar
- Builder Gel – Essential
- Gel
- Nail Art – Designs such as French and line work – Would be an advantage
- Manicures, Pedicures
- Soak Offs
- General Nail Health Practices and Sterilisation Procedures
Package Details – TAX-FREE
- The basic Salary is $400 – Bermuda Dollars per week plus weekly commissions as follows:
- 20% of commissions to $2,000.00
- 25% of commissions from $2,000.00 to $2,500.00
- 30% of commissions over $2,500.00
- 10% commission on product sales
- Work permit costs are fully covered
- Flights to and from the island to start the contract and also at the end of the contract, are fully covered
- Health insurance costs are shared 50% with The Retreat
This role is a full-time role to include evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
A clean criminal background and excellent employment references are required.
