Front of House is responsible for delivering exceptional results, by delivering an exceptional experience for all guests. The role covers administration duties, creating a positive welcoming space for our guests, taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email as well as striving and achieving company targets. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all customers contacting Grey Wolfe ensuring they are made to feel welcomed.

  • £27,000 per annum – plus an attractive monthly bonus based on performance

  • Full-time – 40 hours a week

Requirements 

  • Minimum 1/2 years spa experience preferred although all levels welcome to apply
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible individual with a can-do attitude
  • A genuine interest and passion for wellness/well-being/holistic approach of all guests
  • Confidently and comfortably aim and achieve targets
  • You’ll be proficient in appointment management with an ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy
  • 12 months experience in a Front of House role, within a spa is preferable but more than anything we value a good can-do attitude
  • You’ll have a great understanding of legal best practice standards of data handling and storage

Brief Overview of Role and Main Responsibilities 

  • Delivering a warm Grey Wolfe welcome to all guests
  • Advising and upselling the best treatment for the guest’s needs
  • Maintaining and organising the space
  • Ensure exceptional familiarity with all retail products and treatments and recommend to clients
  • Support the Spa Management team with any other ad-hoc duties
  • Driving company targets
