Meraki Wellness is seeking an exceptional Fitness & Wellbeing Assistant to join our members-only wellness facility within a Forbes 5-Star environment.

This is a rare opportunity for a highly qualified, polished and service-driven fitness professional who is passionate about holistic wellbeing and luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will play an integral role in delivering personalised fitness, movement and recovery programmes while upholding the highest standards of discretion, presentation and professionalism.

This position requires not only technical expertise, but also emotional intelligence, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

Your Role | Full-Time | Permanent

As a key member of the Wellness team, you will:

  • Deliver bespoke one-to-one personal training sessions and small group classes of the highest standard.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and design intelligent, results-driven programmes tailored to each member.
  • Lead professional onboarding experiences, ensuring members feel confident, supported and inspired from their first interaction.
  • Contribute to the curation and refinement of the annual fitness and wellbeing programme.
  • Deliver training using Technogym Bio-Strength systems and the Technogym digital ecosystem with technical precision.
  • Integrate functional movement, MOTR methodology, HIIT, Barre, Pilates and holistic wellbeing principles into sessions.
  • Maintain meticulous digital records using Zenoti and associated management systems.
  • Support equipment installation, calibration and ongoing operational excellence.
  • Contribute to wellness events that reflect innovation, education and recovery-focused programming.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Forbes 5-Star service standards at all times.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Performance or a related discipline (Master’s desirable).
  • Certified Level 3 Personal Training qualification (CIMSPA UK / EREPS EU or equivalent recognised body).
  • Minimum three years’ experience in personal training and multiple fitness modalities (luxury experience preferred).
  • Additional certified qualification in a complementary wellness modality (e.g. Yoga).
  • Certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Functional Movement, MOTR, HIIT, Pilates or Nutrition.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Technogym systems and high-performance equipment.
  • Proficiency in Zenoti and other spa and fitness management software.
  • Advanced digital literacy across Microsoft Office and Apple systems.
  • Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

  • USD $40,000 – $48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits are provided in accordance with the Cayman Islands Employment Law.
