The Opportunity – Food and Beverage Server – New Luxury Wellness Destination
We are seeking a refined F&B Server to deliver polished service in our wellness café and at bespoke VIP events. This role requires more than standard café service: it blends hospitality artistry with knowledge of wellness dining, non-alcoholic cocktails, and luxury beverage presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, elegant service in the café.
- Guide guests through menus, explaining wellness benefits.
- Serve food and drinks with precision and visual artistry.
- Prepare and present mocktails, wellness cocktails, smoothies, and juices.
- Confidently perform wine and champagne service to five-star standards.
- Support spa events, bespoke dining, and curated wellness celebrations.
- Collaborate with chefs and baristas to ensure seamless service flow.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in luxury café, restaurant, or high-end F&B.
- Barista Skills
- Forbes Five-Star or luxury hospitality training.
- Skilled in non-alcoholic beverage preparation.
- Knowledge of wine and champagne service etiquette.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Professional, discreet, and detail-focused.
- Passion for wellness, nutrition, and mindful living.
Compensation & Benefits
At Meraki Wellness, we reward excellence with a package that supports both professional expertise and personal wellbeing:
- Base Salary: USD $32,400 per annum
- Gratuities on Service: Collective 5% service charge shared across the BOH team
- Estimated OTE: USD $45,000–$50,000 per annum
- Tax-Free Jurisdiction: The Cayman Islands are tax-neutral, allowing you to maximise your earnings
- Accommodation Assistance: Provided for the first 2 months upon relocation
