Beauty Therapist

Overview

Spa@home Mallorca now has an exciting opening available for a Beauty Therapist to join their team over the summer months until November, with yearly work available.  Spa@home has been offering mobile treatments since 2010, we also work out of our wellness studio where we work with a team of professionals including Hair, Massage, Beauty and Yoga.

We are looking for a fully trained Beauty Therapist, level 3 or trained in all aspects of beauty therapy and massage.  We are a busy wellness centre and mobile massage service.  We are ideally looking for a Therapist who is seeking a new role in a high-energy team, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and an extensive background in massage and different techniques.

Requirements:

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Must be able to provide Manicure/Pedicure and Waxing
• Facials
• Massage-deep tissue/pregnancy/lymphatic/Swedish
• Alternative treatments are a plus and a bonus (Thai massage/ear candling/reflexology)
• Must be available in the next month to start
• Must be able to work within Spain, and hold a European passport
• MUST hold a valid driving license

We are looking for someone who would like to work in Mallorca and join us ideally season after season.  For the right candidate the season would start mid-February and continue yearly, but please do still apply if you can only commit to this season.

We run a mobile service so you must be able to drive and have a European passport for residency so you can live and work in Spain.  A strong background in massage is essential and have the ability to work in the heat as we have very warm summers.  There is also a high demand for manicures and pedicures, removal of shellac and application of shellac.

Training will be provided to make sure that we continue to maintain the high level of treatment and service standards that our clientele have come to expect after years of our spa services across Deia, Valldemossa and the Soller area.

Package of Offer

• Contract from June until the end of November
• Starting salary is between  1300€-2000€ net per month, depending on experience net, including accommodation/room
• Accommodation | House available (room in a house so shared accommodation) based in Deia, within walking distance of work.
• 40 Hours a week | With two days off, which will be fixed
