HEAD OF SALES
Our Client is a well established, reputable worldwide business passionate about aesthetics and the wellbeing of their Clients’. Our Clients’ philosophy is simple, the Client always comes first. The Company is currently going through an exciting period of growth with new product launches in the pipeline and this role will play a key part in the launch and success of these new products.
As Head of Sales you will be responsible for creating and delivering your own business plan for the UK & Ireland. The successful candidate will be a seasoned, driving force behind the launch of this brand and the product range. This role boasts exceptional career potential. Key Role Responsibilities
- Create and deliver your own business plan for the UK & Ireland
- Achieving targets and supporting teams in delivery of their targets
- Develop initiatives to motivate growth & enhance service delivery amongst accounts.
- Implementation of sales promotional plan with the team
- Motivate and manage performance amongst sales team to ensure KPI’s are delivered to plan.
- Management and development of team members
- Heading up resource planning and recruitment as needed
- Structure and chair weekly and monthly sales meetings
- Focusing constantly on ROI and business growth
- Create networking and brand event activities to maximise opportunity business growth.
- Exploring strategic alliances and commercially beneficial partnerships
- Work in unison the customer services team
- Attend initial introductory meetings with prospective key Clients’
- Proactively identify new opportunities in the UK
- Ensure ongoing customer care drives consistent sales performance
- Deliver against and exceed targets
- Grow existing business to increase business share
- Oversee and manage your own and the teams diary, monitor call logs
- Be responsible for expense reports
- Receive and produce when needed, business reporting and any other administrative requirements that are key to the role.
- Perform training as required for Key account sign ups where appropriate
- Oversee processes for new account setups, training and key activities to support strong and strategic business relationships.
- Get up to speed quickly with the portfolio ensure you can fully endorse the brands knowledgably.
- Dealing with customer complaints and issues and implementing prompt and appropriate corrective action.
We require you to have the following experience
- Minimum 4 years experience within the Spa industry in a similar role working with an entrepreneurial and autonomous approach
- 2 years direct sales track record in the beauty industry including experience with aestheticians, physicians and clinics.
- Effective in motivating and inspiring others in order to achieve business goals
- Proven track record in delivering growth and market penetration across a portfolio
- Confident with IT including CRM systems and all Microsoft applications
- An exceptional orator confident in presenting with an engaging and confident style
- Energetic, Self motivated and a creative thinker
- Determination to go that extra mile
- An engaging communicator and negotiator
- Well presented taking pride in your appearance
- Able to adapt in an unflappable manner to the fast moving pace of the industry and the brands.
- Willingness and ability to travel on a daily basis is essentialIf you like to stand out and don’t want to be one of the herd with lots of management above you this is the role for you.
Generous Remuneration package on offer;
- £50k+ depending on experience
- £100k OTE uncapped
