Celebrating over 11 years in business, we have exciting growth plans on the horizon.  We are recruiting for a talented and dedicated Client Relationship Executive to work within our agency bookings team. You must have a passion for customer service, be sales driven and highly organised.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for successfully delivering against the business development strategy, financial targets and growth plans of the temp division. As the aims of business are focused towards growth, increased sales and sustainable profits it is the responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager to ensure that the temp division strategy is geared towards this and delivered.

It is also the Client Relationship Executive’s role to ensure the effective management of existing and new Clients to generate week-on-week Client bookings in order to achieve financial revenue targets set by the Directors and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering against business plan, budgets, targets and KPI’s as set by the Board
  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the business
  • Look to disrupt the marketplace and diversify for opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Motivate and manage Temps and existing and new clients to deliver targets and delivery against budget
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
  • Continuous compliance with and improvement of business operations, systems and processes
  • Continually look for initiatives for reducing costs to the business and communicate to the Board
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships with key members of staff
  • Ensure company policies, legal guidelines and all compliance aspects of the role including data protection are followed at all times
  • Keep up to date with market developments in the industry and compare to current business plan and budget
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Key Competencies:

  • Qualified to minimum degree level or equivalent in a relevant business discipline or proven experience in a customer facing role or other managerial position with a minimum 3 years practical working experience in the relevant sector/s
  • Knowledge of the relevant beauty, spa and aesthetics recruitment sectors an advantage
  • Evident experience in developing strategic business plans
  • Familiarity with types of employment, payroll and umbrella companies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work
  • 100% committed to their career with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and system record keeping

Key Qualities to Demonstrate;

  • MUST have excellent PC skills, email, Word, etc.

  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Excellent phone manor and telephone skills to deal with a broad range of enquiries from existing and potential Clients

  • £20k – Basic Negotiable on experience
