Head of Clinical

Our Client is a well established, reputable worldwide business passionate about aesthetics and the wellbeing of their Clients’. Our Clients’ philosophy is simple, the Client always comes first. The Company is currently going through an exciting period of growth with new product launches in the pipeline and this role will play a key part in the launch and success of these new products.
As Head of Clinical you will be responsible for creating and implementing your own business plan for the clinical sector in the UK & Ireland.
Working with a luxury results driven portfolio, featuring the highly esteemed cosmeceutical brands this role also offers a unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of the introduction of an innovative and unique new brand offering within the market.
The successful candidate will be an integral and unrelenting driving force behind ongoing growth of our client’s acclaimed portfolio through the management of our national sales teams efforts in the clinical sector.

•Define & Implement sales strategy for the UK & Ireland, which upholds positioning of brands whilst achieving a targeted & strong penetration
•Implementation of sales & promotional plan with the team
•Develop initiatives to motivate growth & enhance service delivery amongst accounts
•Motivate and manage performance amongst sales team to ensure KPI’s are delivered to plan
•Appraisal of team members as required in line with contracts & performance
•Resource planning & recruitment as needed
•Sales updates to teams on weekly & monthly basis
•Ensuring maximum ROI for events held to grow business
Business Development, Training, Account Management
• Exploring strategic alliances /partnerships
• Investigate multiple site account development
• Create networking & brand event opportunities for yourself & team to grow business
• Work with the customer relations team member to manage prospect enquiries
• Proactively identify new potential key accounts & opportunities
• Conduct initial consultations and introductory meetings with prospective key accounts.
• Key driver in preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events
• Develop a strong partnership with all key accounts through excellent service & relations.
• Oversee business planning progammes to implement and exceed targets and oversee training and account management.
Experience & Skills Required:
•At least4- 5 years experience within the advanced skincare/health sector in a similar role.
•Solid experience in motivating & inspiring team members to achieve
•Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration across a portfolio.
•Confident with IT including CRM systems/powerpoint/outlook/excel
•Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner
•Confident with excel documentation to track, plan & review account performance.
•Clean driving license
Generous Remuneration package on offer;
•£45,000 + Depending on experience
•£80,000 OTE uncapped
•Annual over achievement bonus
•Company car /allowance
